Security Management

Teishin Co., Ltd. holds a monthly “Safety Management” meeting in which sales and directors participate in order to achieve accident-free “safety”, “trust” and “speedy” operation. The content of the meeting is made available to all participants through monthly summaries for each sales and director.

Basic Security Policy

1. Regularly listen to employees’ opinions on on-site safety, formulate policies based on the current situation, share the most important awareness of safety and security with all employees, and implement corresponding measures.

2. We have effectively implemented the “Transportation Safety PDCA Cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Improve)” regarding transportation safety, and all employees work together on safety measures. We’re always revisiting to improve the quality of security.

Security management Specific measures

1. Driver’s physical condition management

1). During the roll call before and after the start of work, we use a breathalyzer to conduct a breathalyzer test.

2). Conduct a health check during the roll call before and after the start of the crew.

3). All flight attendants undergo regular health checks.

2. Safety education for employees

1). We conduct instruction based on the appropriate driving test from the Automobile Accident Countermeasures Bureau.

2). Within the company, we conduct safety education every month.

3. Enhancement of vehicle equipment

1). We have drive recorders installed on all vehicles.

2). We actively introduce equipment such as ABS and anti-collision functions.
